You will be working for a large reputable Landlord in Headingley, Leeds, who own and manage a variety of properties to rent throughout West Yorkshire. You will assist the team in maintaining a high impression of the company to all customers and clients, by providing excellent customer service and playing an active role in the achievement of maintaining a market-leading position.

You will be professional, punctual, and display a positive image to staff, clients, and customers at all times. You will play an important role within the team environment.

Working front of house, you will require excellent customer service skills, in person, in writing, and over the phone. You will require the confidence to handle a variety of enquiries and endeavour to relay information to the business effectively.

You will play an active role in ‘Letting Season’, managing key collection and handouts for our student tenants. As you develop in your role you will be required to undertake project work and further administrative duties.

You will need to work well under pressure and possess the ability to self-manage your workload. Although training and support will be provided for internal practices and procedures, good computer skills are essential.

Main responsibilities / everyday tasks and expectations will include:

  • Primary contact for meeting and greeting customers in the office.
  • Fielding calls and handling general enquiries, including booking appointments.
  • Upkeep of front of house and stationery orders.
  • Supporting the Customer Relationship Team and relaying information to all departments within the business.
  • Various clerical/ admin/ data input and involvement within other business initiatives and projects.

This will be a busy and varied full-time role over. Hours – Monday-Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm

Weekend/ overtime working will be necessary on occasions during peak seasons, worked on a rota basis, advance notice planned. Rota basis to access emails and provide support for Emergency Out of Hours.

Salary: Dependant on experience

20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager.

Immediate start available.

Temporary role with the opportunity for a full-time position for the right candidate.
