Pickard Properties is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Best Small Development award at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards 2018 for its Spinning Acres development. Spinning Acres is an ongoing development in Far Headingley, Leeds, which has been met with much enthusiasm by industry peers and tenants alike since its launch earlier this year.
Miles Pickard, Director of Pickard Properties, explains the vision for phase two of the Spinning Acres development:
“Phase one of Spinning Acres has been met with wide acclaim by all those who have visited the development and it has already won an industry award.
“This is our most ambitious private rented scheme to date and we are particularly proud of what we have achieved so far. We see Spinning Acres evolving into a thriving new community for Far Headingley and we are hard at work now with the next phases which will become available in 2019 and beyond.
“We are delighted to be shortlisted for the YRP Awards — that in itself is an achievement as we know there is tough competition in the category ‘Best Small Development’”.
The Yorkshire Residential Property Awards 2018 event takes place on the evening of 11th October at the prestigious Bowcliffe Hall in Bramham, and is attended by 600 Yorkshire residential property sector professionals from across the county.
