We’ll explain how we work, go through all the terms and conditions, and give you time to ask any questions you may have about student letting with us.
For the signing appointment, you’ll need to bring the following with you:
- Your student ID card & your passport
- Your deposit payment of £260
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT CHARGE SIGN-UP FEES FOR STUDENT TENANTS / STUDENT ACCOMMODATION.
If you are an international student you will need to bring your passport in and also a letter stating details of your university offer. Our International Students page has tons of useful information.
Once you’ve signed and paid, the property is secured for you.
Please note: You can only sign for your property if there are at least half of the tenants who are proposing to take the property at the signing appointment.
Before your move in to your student house share

- Ensure you and your housemates have signed all the tenancy documentation
If you or any of your housemates have forgotten to do any of the above then we are unable to hand out keys, so please check with your housemates before you trek to the office to pick up keys!

If all of the above is done, you can now look forward to moving in! Please follow these steps to make your move as easy as possible:
- Key collection: Please check our office opening hours and pop into the office to pick up your keys. If your tenancy starts on a weekend, contact us to arrange a time slot as we are not usually open over the weekend.
- Don’t forget to bring your photographic ID with you (driving licence preferred).
