Deposit Dispute

We appreciate that sometimes we may not get it quite right – we are happy to consider any dispute forms received within 3 months of the tenancy ending. When completing this form, we ask that you clearly reference which deduction(s) you are disputing and include as much, factual, supporting evidence as possible. Relating pictures, videos, and other media to support your dispute can be uploaded via the below button. Although uploading media is not essential, on occasion, we may not be able to assist you further without evidence to support your dispute claim. Please note that all deposit disputes must be submitted in writing only; we shall not be able to discuss the details of a deposit dispute with you over the phone. If a deposit dispute is escalated to adjudication, only correspondences submitted in writing can be considered by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Before raising a dispute, please do refer to our FAQ for support.
