Can I choose when I pay my rent?

As a student you need to choose a payment plan that suits you and your financial obligations. At Pickards we offer either an alternative payment plan or termly. Consider your monthly outgoings, your loan payments and spending habits to establish how you would like to pay your rent.

Your rental invoices will follow your chosen payment schedule. You will receive rental invoices four days before a payment is due.

As a professional tenant, your rent is payable monthly starting from your move-in date. Should you wish to alter your payment date, kindly submit a written request to payments@pickardproperties.co.uk.

Upon approval, you will need to settle the prorated difference in rent from your current payment date to the new date. For instance, if transitioning from the 10th to the 23rd of each month, you’ll be responsible for 13 days’ worth of rent initially, followed by the full month’s rent on the 23rd.
