How do I set up a direct debit?

You can submit a direct debit mandate by:

• Access the payments page, located on the top righthand corner of our website.

• Where prompted, enter the address the payment relates to.

• Switch the method of payment to “Recurring Direct Debit”, fill in your details where prompted, and then click “submit”.

Direct Debit Facts

• Direct debits take around a week to set-up, so please plan accordingly.
• They can be set up with most current accounts but cannot be set up with savings accounts or credit cards.
• Direct Debits offer you protection. Full details can be found via the direct debit website.
