How Is My Rent Calculated?
Rent must be paid in advance before keys are released. Your first rent payment is due on the start date of your tenancy and will be payable monthly thereafter. For professional tenancies, the holding fee will be deducted from your first rent payment.
Converting Monthly Rent to Weekly Rent
To calculate weekly rent from a monthly amount:
- Start with your monthly rent (e.g., £800).
- Multiply by 12 (months in a year).
- Divide by 52 (weeks in a year).
Example:
£800 × 12 ÷ 52 ≈ £184.62 per week
Formula:
Monthly Rent × 12 ÷ 52 ≈ Weekly Rent
