What is included in a bills inclusive package?

If you are a tenant, check you tenancy agreement to confirm what utilities are included with your rents. 

Commonly, bills inclusive packages include, electric, gas, water, internet, a TV Licence, and contents insurance. More information on our bills inclusive packages can be found on our Bills Inclusive Student Packages page.

Be mindful that in many bills inclusive agreements, council tax is not included. If you are a full time student, you may be eligible for council tax exemption. You must apply for council tax exemption directly with Leeds City Council, you are not automatically exempt.
