When do I need to return my keys?

Unless agreed otherwise, your keys need to be returned by 12noon on the last day of your tenancy.

Keys are to be returned to our Headingley office. If our office is closed, you can post your keys through our office letterbox. If you wish to do this, please put your keys safely in an envelope, with your full name on the front. You don’t need to include the address of the property on the envelope.

Although we do not suggest it, if you must post your keys, we recommend that:

• You secure the key to a piece of card and in a strong, padded, envelope.
• You send the keys registered/tracked delivery.
• You post the keys well in advance, so that they arrive to our Headingley office in time.

Failure to receive the keys could result in charges for replacement keys or/and locks.
