The plans for Leeds to become the European capital of culture was dashed by Brexit, but that won’t stop the city from celebrating all it has to offer with a 35-million-pound investment. Details of what this ‘celebration of Leeds’ will entail have not all been released yet, however, with so much to celebrate, we’re sure it’s going to be spectacular.
