Pickard Properties is excited to announce that it is a finalist in the Property Investors Awards 2018 for the category of Property Development of the Year. This nomination is for our £40m Spinning Acres development.

The Spinning Acres development is ongoing, with phases one and two launched so far this year. Based in Far Headingley in Leeds, it has been met with much enthusiasm, and just last month, Spinning Acres won the Best Small Development award at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
