The 15-story building has 604 rooms, ranging from 2–8 rooms per apartment. The flats have en suite bathrooms, double beds, desks, and chairs. The shared communal areas include modern kitchens with washer/dryers, large sofas, coffee tables, smart TVs, six sky lounges, and two roof terraces. 

The development was completed in September 2023 and is one of the most sustainable new student schemes in the city, having secured an EPC A rating. It was designed and built to reduce carbon emissions, both in terms of the buildings’ construction and operation, and is an all-electric development.
