Pickard Properties was proud to return as headline sponsor of Leeds Varsity 2026, marking six consecutive years of support for one of the city’s most anticipated sporting events.
Celebrating its 20th year, Leeds Varsity once again brought together students from Leeds Beckett University and University of Leeds for three fantastic days of competition, culminating in the traditional rugby finale at Headingley Stadium.
This year saw the University of Leeds named overall winners, with a memorable finale that included victory in the women’s rugby, while Leeds Beckett triumphed in the men’s match.
Varsity is more than a sporting contest. It showcases the energy, talent and community spirit that define Leeds’ student population.
We would like to congratulate everyone who took part, as well as those who worked behind the scenes to organise and support such a successful event.
