Pickard Properties Shortlisted for Rate Your Landlord Award

Pickard Properties, one of Leeds’ leading providers of student accommodation, has been shortlisted in the Best Managing Agent category in the industry-respected Rate Your Landlord awards.

Organised by student charity and operator Unipol and Leeds University Union, Rate Your Landlord is a vital resource for students navigating Leeds’ housing market, offering a platform to rate and review landlords.   

The awards are open to accredited landlords that meet Unipol’s Code of Standards.  The shortlisting recognises Pickard Properties’ commitment to providing high-quality homes and exceptional support to its tenants across its portfolio of student properties, including houses, flats, and purpose-built accommodation.

This acknowledgement is also particularly significant as it is voted for by the student tenants themselves, highlighting their satisfaction with the living experience and the level of service offered by Pickard Properties, which is in a unique position in the city of owning all of the properties it manages.

The winners of the Rate Your Landlord awards will be revealed at a ceremony on 21st January, held at the Pyramid Theatre in Leeds University Union. The event will bring together nominees, representatives from Leeds City Council, and students’ unions to celebrate the city’s best Unipol Accredited Landlords.
