Viewings open for the next academic year

For students looking for homes in the next academic year, Pickard Properties is proud to announce that our Leeds properties are now available.

From Headingley, through to Woodhouse, Burley and Hyde Park, we have homes ready for viewing that are available to rent with Bills Inclusive available. You can view virtual tours of the properties you like, we can then show you two of your favourite student houses in a half an hour viewing appointment.

Ranging from one-bedroom apartments through to 8-bedroom student houses, we have a large portfolio of properties available for Leeds students.

What’s more, we also offer properties to international students who are studying in the UK for the first time.

You will find plenty of popular amenities close to each of our student houses including supermarkets, bars, restaurants and many other things to do.

All of our student properties include fully fitted kitchens, washing machines, microwaves, double beds, full fire alarms/interlinked smoke detectors, burglar alarms and Smart TV’s. If there is room we also include dishwashers and dryers too.

We have our own in-house maintenance team who handle all everyday repairs. They are always on hand to help with any concerns you may have regarding your property.
